XH Research is operated by Sichuan Yunruixin Technology Co., Ltd. This policy describes how we process personal data in connection with our sample / respondent sourcing services and this website.
Data we may collect
Depending on context, we may process contact details from partnership inquiries (name, company, email, message content) and respondent profile / participation data needed to deliver online survey samples (demographics, device signals, consent records, and project participation status).
How we use data
We use partner contact data to respond to inquiries and manage partnerships. We use respondent data to operate our network, match eligibility, deliver quotas, perform quality and fraud-risk checks, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Legal bases & consent
Where required, respondents are recruited on an opt-in basis and consent is captured for research participation. Partner communications are processed based on legitimate interest and/or steps prior to entering a contract.
